SOS Watch

A mobile safety solution for residents who value independence. Using the Telstra 4G network, the SOS Smartwatch provides two-way communication, location tracking, and swift emergency support — whether they’re at home, outdoors, or travelling beyond the village gates.

The watch also enables the wearer to check key health metrics anytime, including heart rate, blood pressure, blood oxygen levels, and body temperature. When an alarm is triggered, these same readings are securely accessible by our monitoring centre, helping responders make faster, better-informed decisions when dispatching help.

Automatic Incident Reporting

For both systems, alarm incident reports are automatically emailed to village management within minutes for transparency, auditing, and compliance.

Self-Monitoring Option

For communities preferring an internal response model, Daktel also offers a self-monitored version of the Safe Home Hub.

Alarm calls are directed straight to your community’s on-call mobile, providing a practical, entry-level alternative similar to a traditional nurse-call system.
